Louise Gregory, 27, of Farnworth, Greater Manchester, was sentenced to 150 hours of community service after she admitted accepting gifts worth £5,000 from her former partner Jason Hart at Bolton Crown Court.

Hart will be sentenced for fraud and perjury offences on 2 March.

During the trial, Gregory confessed to accepting a car, a holiday and cash from Hart, who admitted conspiracy to defraud at an earlier hearing.

The court has also heard that at least 28 eBay buyers in Britain and across the world paid Hart for £23,500 worth of goods they never received.
